COMPENSATION PLAN

COMPENSATION PLAN HIGHLIGHT
1. MEMBER (REGISTRATION)
TO QUALIFY:
Purchase a Baihe Global Products Business Kit at $18.

BENEFITS: The Distributor of this status is entitled to purchase products from the company at Distributors price, make 20% retail profit and introduce others.
 
2. SENIOR MEMBER:
TO QUALIFY:
The Distributor of this status makes a once-off purchase or cumulative purchase of not less than 100BV.

BENEFITS: 5% Direct bonus.

3.

CONSULTANT:
TO QUALIFY:
  • OPTION 1: Make a once-off purchase of at least 300BV.
  • OPTION 2: Make a cumulative purchase not less than 300BV.

    BENEFITS:
    1.
    The Distributor shall receive a welcome bonus in that specific month;
    2. The Distributor of this status shall also receive 20% Direct bonus on his/her Direct BV and a corresponding Indirect bonus in that specific month.
4. ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR:
TO QUALIFY:
  • OPTION 1: Create at least three Direct Networks containing one CONSULTANT in each Network with a GCBV of 1,200BV or more.
  • OPTION 2: Create al least two Direct Network containing one CONSULTANT in each Network with a GCBV of 2,400BV or more.
  • OPTION 3: Make a once-off purchase or cumulative PBV of 1,200BV or more. .

BENEFITS:
The Distributor of this status shall receive 25% Direct bonus on his/her Direct BV and a corresponding Indirect bonus in that specific month.
 

5. SUPERVISOR:
TO QUALIFY:
  1. OPTION 1: Create at least three Direct Networks containing one Assistant Supervisor in each Network with a CBV of 4,000BV or more.
  2. OPTION 2: Create at least two Direct Networks containing one Assistant Supervisor in each Network with a CBV of 8,000 or more.
  3. OPTION 3: : Cumulate a PBV of 12,000BV.

    Maintenance: 20PBV monthly.

BENEFITS: The Distributor of this status shall receive 30% Direct bonus on his/her Direct BV and corresponding Indirect bonus in that specific month.

Leadership Bonus: 1% of the first generation of SSD provided the GBV of the distributor is not less than 500BV in that month

6.  ACHIEVER:
TO QUALIFY:
  • OPTION 1: Create at least three Direct Networks containing one Supervisor in each Network with CBV of 18,000BV or more.
  • OPTION 2: Create at least two Direct Networks containing one Supervisor in each Network with CBV of 36,000BV or more.
  • OPTION 3: Create a cumulative PBV of 72,000BV or more.

MAINTAIN 30PBV MONTHY

BENEFITS:
The Distributor of this status shall receive 35% Direct bonus on his/her Direct Bv and corresponding Indirect bonus in that specific month.

When the GBV of the Distributor is not less than 1,000BV he /she shall receive 1% of the GBV of the first Generation of SSD and 0.5% of the GBV of the second and third Generation of SSD in that specific month as leadership bonus.

7. GREAT ACHIEVER:
TO QUALIFY:
  • OPTION 1: Create at least three Direct Networks containing one Achiever in each Network with CBV of 75,000BV or more.
  • OPTION 2: Create at least two Direct Networks containing one Achiever in each Network with CBV of 150,000BV or more.
  • OPTION 3: Create a cumulative PBV of 300,000Bv or more.

MAINTAIN 40PBV MONTHLY.

BENEFITS:
The Distributor of this status shall receive 40% Direct bonus on his/her Direct BV and a corresponding Indirect bonus in that specific month.
When the GBV of the Distributor is not less than 2000BV, he/she shall receive 1% of the GBV of the first Generation of SSD and 0.5% of the GBV of the second, third, fourth and fifth Generation of SSD in that specific month as leadership bonus.
 

8. SUPER ACHIEVER:
TO QUALIFY:
  • OPTION 1: : Create at least three Direct Networks containing one Great Achiever in each Network with CBV of 300,000BV or more.
  • OPTION 2: Create at least Two Direct Networks Containing one Great Achiever in each Network with CBV of 600,000BV or more..
  • OPTION 3: : Create a cumulative PBV of 1,200,000BV or more.

MAINTAIN 60PBV EVERY MONTHLY

BENEFITS:
The Distributor of this status shall receive 45% Direct bonus on his/her Direct BV and corresponding Indirect bonus in that specific month.
When the GBV of the Distributor is not less than 3,000BV he/she shall receive 1% of the GBV of the first and second Generation of SSD and 0.5% of the GBV of the 3rd to 5th Generation of SSD; 0.3% of the GBV of the 6th Generation of SSD, 0.2% of the GBV of 7th to 8th generation of SSD in that specific month as leadership bonus.

(HONORARY BONUS(6%)
BAIHE GLOBAL PRODUCTS LIMITED will share 6% as honorary bonus among Distributors who qualify for that status. The qualifying conditions and options for the direct bonus, indirect bonus and leadership bonus for Honorary status distributor are consistent with those for SUPER ACHIEVER distributor.


1.

DIAMOND MANAGER (1.5%)

TO QUALIFY: Among the whole direct networks, there are at least two direct networks containing one SUPER ACHIEVER in each network.

BENEFITS:
The distributor of this status will receive 45% direct bonus on his/her direct BV and the corresponding indirect bonus in that specific month. When the CBV of the distributor is not less than 3,000BV in a specific month, he/she will receive 1% of the GBV of the first and second Generation of SSD and 0.5% of the GBV of the 3rd to 5th Generation of SSD; 0.3% of the GBV of the 6th Generation of SSD, 0.2% of the GBV of 7th to 8th generation of SSD in that specific month as the Leadership bonus.

When the BV of the Diamond Manager excluding those of the Super Achiever down-lines is not less than 3,000BV, he/she shall share the Diamond Honorary bonus of 1.5%.

Maintenance: 100 PBV monthly.
 


2.

STAR DIAMOND 1. (1%)

TO QUALIFY: Among the whole Direct Networks there should be at least three Direct Networks containing one SUPER ACHIEVER in each Network.
 
BENEFITS:
In addition to the corresponding benefits of the Diamond Manager, he/she shall also share in the Star Diamond 1 bonus of 1%, on the condition that the BV of the Networks excluding those of the SUPER ACHIEVER is not less than 3,000BV in that specific month.

Maintenance: 100 PBV monthly.
 

3.

STAR DIAMOND 2 (1%)

Among the whole Direct Networks, there should be at least Four Direct Networks containing one SUPER ACHIEVER in each Network.

In addition to the corresponding benefits of the Star DIAMOND ONE, he/she shall share 1% STAR DIAMOND TWO Honorary bonus on the condition that the BV of the Networks excluding those of the SUPER ACHIEVER is not less than 5,000BV in that specific month.

Maintenance: 100 PBV monthly
 

4.

STAR DIAMOND 3 (0.5%)

Among the whole Direct Networks, there should be at least Five Direct Networks containing one SUPER ACHIEVER in each Network.

In addition to the corresponding benefits of the STAR DIAMOND TWO, he/she shall share 0.5% STAR DIAMOND THREE Honorary bonus on the condition that the BV of the Networks excluding those of the SUPER ACHIEVER is not less than 25,000BV in that specific month.

Maintenance: 100 PBV monthly.

STAR DIAMOND 4 (0.5%)

Among the whole Direct Networks, there should be at least Six Direct Networks containing one SUPER ACHIEVER in each Network.

In addition to the corresponding benefits of the STAR DIAMOND THREE, he/she shall share 0.5% STAR DIAMOND FOUR Honorary bonus on the condition that the BV of the Networks excluding those of the SUPER ACHIEVER is not less than 25,000BV in that specific month.

Maintenance: 100 PBV monthly.

6.

STAR DIAMOND DIRECTOR (0.5%)

Among the whole Direct Networks, there should be at least Seven Direct Networks containing one SUPER ACHIEVER in each Network.

In addition to the corresponding benefits of the STAR DIAMOND 4, he/she shall share 0.5% STAR DIAMOND DIRECTOR Honorary bonus on the condition that the BV of the Networks excluding those of the SUPER ACHIEVER is not less than 25,000BV in that specific month.

Maintenance: 100 PBV monthly.

7.

DIAMOND CROWN (1%)

Among the whole Direct Networks, there should be at least Four Direct Networks containing one STAR DIAMOND 1 in each Network.

BENEFITS:
In addition to the corresponding benefits of the STAR DIAMOND DIRECTOR Honorary bonus, he/she shall share the DIAMOND CROWN bonus of (1%) on the condition that the BV of the Networks excluding those of the SUPER ACHIEVER is not less than 100,000 BV in that specific month.

Maintenance: 100 PBV monthly.
 
  OUTSTANDING REWARDS:

A. FAST GROWTH:
Outstanding Supervisors status achieved within one month of joining BAIHE GLOBAL PRODUCTS LIMITED has the opportunity to be recognized with an award.

B. FREE INTERNATIONAL TRIP:
Outstanding Distributors of ACHIEVER status obtained within six months of joining the business creating three direct networks with at least one SUPERVISOR in each network may have the opportunity for a Free Trip Plus SHOPPING ALLOWANCE OR $1,300 Cash Equivalent.

Consolation Prize:

ACHIEVER status obtained at any time after six months of joining the business creating three direct networks with at least one SUPERVISOR in each network may have the opportunity to receive $500 CASH .
.

C. CAR AWARD:
GREAT ACHIEVER STATUS obtained within sixteen months since joining the business with at least three direct networks containing one ACHIEVER in each network has the opportunity to win a car worth $17,000.

CONSOLATION PRIZE:
GREAT ACHIEVER status with at least THREE direct networks containing an ACHIEVER in each network obtained at any time after sixteen months as stipulated, may have the opportunity to win a car worth $10,000 on the condition that the GBV is not less than 200,000BV. The distributor must be ACTIVE.

Note:

1. The company decides when to present the awards;
2. The company decides the brand of car to be awarded though in consultation with the awardees.


E. TOURISM AWARD ($6,000)
DIAMOND MANAGER status who obtains six months DIAMOND MANAGER bonus and maintains the qualification for three consecutive months is qualified..

F. FAMOUS BRANDED CAR ($30,000)
STAR DIAMOND ONE status who obtains six months STAR DIAMOND ONE bonus and maintains the qualification for three consecutive months is eligible..

G. HOUSE FUND ($120,000)
 STAR DIAMOND TWO STATUS who obtains six months STAR DIAMOND TWO bonus and maintains the qualification for three consecutive months is qualified.

H. DIAMOND CROWN AWARD ($200,000 + two-week vacation with spouse)
DIAMOND CROWN STATUS who obtains six months of the DIAMOND CROWN bonus and maintains the qualification for three consecutive months is qualified.

OTHER BENEFITS:

OUTSTANDING SPONSORING BONUS: (41%)
The company shall pay up to 41% sponsoring bonus on the basic BV of new distributors.

  1. Senior Member status gets 20% of the basic BV of the first generation.

  2. Consultant status gets 41% of the basic BV of the first generation, and 1% of the 2nd and 3rd generation.

  3. Assistant Supervisor status gets 41% of the basic BV of the first generation, 1% from 2nd to 5th generation.

  4. Supervisor status gets 41% of the first generation, and 1% from 2nd to 7th generation.

  5. Achiever status gets 41% of the first generation and 1% from 2nd to 8th generation.

  6. Great Achiever status gets 41% of the first generation and 1% from 2nd to 9th generation.

  7. Super Achiever status and higher get 41% of the first generation and 1% from 2nd to 10th generation.

ADDENDUM:

1.The status of a distributor is always promoted rather than demoted;

2. Baihe Global has the prerogative to suspend or terminate the distributorship of a member in case he/she becomes dormant or inactive for 3 consecutive months.

3. Distributor of Supervisor and higher status need to buy monthly PBV to be eligible to the monthly bonus. However, where a distributor fails to purchase his/her monthly PV, Baihe Global offers to deduct automatically the relevant PBV from his/her bonus in that specific month and when that is done such distributor loses the chance of collecting the products.

RULES AND REGULATION:
Listed hereunder are terms and conditions to be adhered to by all Distributors as non-compliance would be viewed as a major breach of this contract. .

  1. 1. Every term used in this compensation plan is subject to the interpretation of the company.

    2. Registration of minors is void from inception of the entry;

    3. On no circumstance would any Distributor pull his/her Network from one team to the other. Where this happens, the company, after investigation reserves the right to either penalize or stop the Distributor from being a member;

    4. Carrying out marketing activities of other Network businesses around the company’s premises is highly prohibited and where the Management finds out, such person or persons shall be dealt with in a way the company deems fit;

    5. The company shall not take responsibility for any error committed by any Distributor in the course of filling his/her forms;

    6. With respect to awards and sourvenaires, it is the company’s prerogative to decide when, where and the type/brand of such award. However, representatives of the Distributors shall be consulted before hand;

    7. Monthly accomplishments shall close on the 30TH Day of every month, where the 30TH falls on weekend, the following Monday becomes the closing day while bonuses shall be paid on 20th DAY of the month if this falls on a working day.

    8. All Distributors are responsible for paying taxes arising from their respective earnings generated from their businesses with Baihe Global. Meanwhile, Value Added Taxes shall be charged on every purchase done by the distributor and paid over to the relevant authorities.

    9. No Baihe Global Distributor shall cause any advert to be made in whatever form, or make fraudulent misrepresentation about the products, income potentials or compensation plan

    10. The Distributor is solely responsible for all of his/her verbal and written claims made regarding the products and marketing program which are not expressly contained in this manual. Baihe Global is therefore not liable for ligations and charges arising from Independent Distributors misrepresentations made to third parties.

    11. Baihe Global will not permit the use of its logo, copyrights, trade names without its prior permission.

    12. A distributor is not permitted to reproduce in any form, literature, manuals or any materials provided by Baihe Global as if they had originated from Baihe Global .

    13. Distributors of Baihe Global should note that reports sent to them are supposed to be private and confidential. They should therefore not disclose same to third parties who might use them to compete with Baihe Global.

    14. Baihe Global reserves the right to alter its compensation plan, adjust its prices, alter its rules, ethics, policies and procedures without consultation with the distributors. Upon notification on the public notice board at its office, it is taken as being automatically incorporated as part of its agreement with its Distributors.

    15. Upon the death or incapacity of any member, his/her rights may be assigned to his/her successors in the interest upon written application subject to the approval of Baihe Global.

    16. Where a distributor is found engaged in running down the company or doing such things that would paint the company in bad light, such an individual stands the chance of having his/her membership terminated if investigations prove him/her culpable.

    17. Transfer of sponsorship. Transfer is not permitted. This could only be possible under three conditions: (1) In the case of unethical sponsoring, BG shall be the final authority to take decision; (2) With the express written approval by five(5) upline sponsors and (3) Resigning from Baihe Global and waiting for three month to re-apply under a new sponsor.

    18. Any member who is at the leadership status that is in default of monthly BV for a period of three(3) consecutive months ceases to be an Active member with effect from November 1, 2012. In effect, such a member shall be required to re-activate his membership by submitting achievement for the entire period in which he/she is in default without the benefit of being given the products.

    • GBV-Group Business Volume
    • CGBV-Cumulative Group Business Volume

    • GPBV-Group Personal Business Volume
    • DIRECT BONUS-Bonus Derived From the Purchases of Direct Down-lines
    • INDIRECT BONUS-Bonuses Derived from the Purchases of Indirect Down-lines
    • SSD-SAME STATUS DOWNLINE(A Distributor in your Network who has the same status as you.
    • DIRECT DOWNLINE-A Distributor that has personally sponsored a member and such member is at the first level.
    • DIRECT BV-THIS CONSISTS OF TWO COMPONENTS(Both in a specific month) The first is the personal BV of all Direct Down-lines of a Distributor that are above 80BV but does not Exceed 250BV. The second is personal BV of that Distributor that Exceeds 250BV.
    • GENEOLOGY REPORT-A Computer Printout of your Network Family Tree also called your Down-lines.
    • INDIRECT BV-This also has Two Components(Both in a specific month). The first is the Personal BV of all Direct Down-lines of a Distributor that exceed 250BV. The second is the Personal BV above 80BV of all Indirect Down-lines of that Distributor.
    • LEADERSHIP BONUS-This is an on-going reward for Leadership, Support and Team-building effort of a Distributor. It is earned from the GBV of all Distributors of a Team who are at the Same Status as the Sponsor-SSD.
    • HONORARY BONUS-Bonus Earned by the Honour-titled Distributors who may qualify for share of Global Income.
    • CUMULATIVE BV-This has Three Components: The first is the cumulative Personal BV that Does not Exceed 250BV, The Second is the cumulative Direct BV and The Third is the Cumulative Indirect BV.
    • DIRECT DOWNLINE-A Distributor that has been Personally Sponsored by You and is at your First Level.
    • INDIRECT DOWNLINE-Distributors as a whole Excluding your Direct Down-lines in your entire Network.
    • SPONSORING BONUS-A Percentage payable to a Sponsor from the First 80BV purchased by His/Her Direct Down-lines.
    • QUALIFYING BV-Means that a Distributor shall Earn on His Direct and Indirect Down-lines Only if He/She has made a Purchase(Say 80BV OR 300BV) In that Specific Month.
    • Welcome bonus-means that once a distributor makes a supervisor status, he/she shall be paid a welcome bonus of 20% of 50BV in that specific month. In that case, the status must be achieved within one month (i.e $300).
